HPL high pressure laminated sheet Construction profile:
Choose substrate, glue and tools with high quality. The substrates usually available in the market include blockboard, MDF and particleboard. Pay attention to the moisture content and the smoothness of the substrates when choosing. Be sure the substrates are well sanded. The glue used should be quality and with good adhesive strength. When cutting the laminate, please use carbon steel tool and make all cuts from the side of decor paper.

Evenly spread the glue on backside of the laminate and the surface of the substrate. If the surface is rugged and heavily water absorbing, a second spreading of glue is probably needed.

Let the glue spread volatilize until as required. Please notice that volatilizing time differs according to season, weather and geographic area. Please take practical experience and working condition into account and refer to the indication on the package of the glue.

Carefully adhere to the laminate onto the substrate. Please notice that any air between laminate and substrate should be driven out using rolling or rag while pressing the laminate to the substrate. Make sure the glue is well distributed and there is no any air between laminate and substrate.

Trim the side and clean.

Applicable limit of BIN BIN decorative high pressure laminate:
1) Used for indoor only, not suitable for adhering cement, concrete wall and gypsum wallboard directly
2) Non-structural material should be adhered to suitable basis material
3) Not suitable to lie down at the place with temperature over as 135 and insolate at sunshine directly
