SD-868-B pressing ice cream machine is upgraded on the basis of SD920 pressing ice cream production line. The working station has 3 stations: vertical pressing and horizontal cutting, horizontal pressing and vertical cutting, vertical
pressing and horizontal cutting (or select cream cone filling), which can be used independently, or in groups.
The output of this type has increased for 1 time on the basis of SD920.
The machine adopts newest chain tension structure, with main motor installed in the
tunnel (explosion-proof, waterproof). The equipment is made of stainless steel
which is conforming to the food level sanitation requirements, and operates stably.
The machine adopts advanced components including Siemens touch screen, FESTO cylinder, electromagnetic valve and Siemens (PLC scale) programmable controller. It
is equipped with 1 set of mechanical arm which runs simultaneously with the main machine.
The equipment claims characters of beautiful appearance and easy operation, thus
being applicable for the large scale production for ice creams.
