Heated roller press is especially designed for warm edge (TruSeal Swiggle or Duroseal type) insulating glass processing
Main Features:
Our heated roller presses for fabricating IG units with TruSeal flexible spacer systems
are of high quality.
The presses are used to feed through non-pressed IG unit assemblies, and available in handling short dimension of glass (IG are fedby the "long-way") of 60 inches (1.52m), and 84 inches (2.13m). The device is made up of two sections, a heat-section with a horizontal in-feed conveyor,
and a compression section with a horizontal out-feed conveyor.
The heating section can be fabricated according to customers' different power requirements,equipped with 36 (or 24) infrared lamps to heat the spacer between the two lights of glass.
The compression section has 7 (or 5) sets of compression rolls covered in heat resistant
rubber. These roll-sets are factory tapered to progressively compress in the direction of flow.
Different airspaces of insulating glass units are accommodated by the upper section mounted on a rigid structure, supported by screw jacks that are all turned simultaneously by a chain and sprocket.
