IP set top box

The DS4800 is a single chip solution, which decodes the IP video and converts it
into signals that can be interpreted by the SD/HDTV set. It supports the video format
of MPEG1/MPEG2/MPEG4/H.264/WMV9 with up to 1920 x 1080p resolution, and it's
specially used in IP based TV channel broadcast applications. Additional services
such as video on demand, time shift TV, information service, EPG, PVR, online
gaming, messaging and TV commerce can also be achieved through this devices.
The embedded browser makes this device easy to operate by simply using a remote controller just like operating the television set.

It can also be used as the IPTV digital media gateway which connects the MP3/MP4/PMP/PDA/digital camera/U disk/extended hard disk to TV to play the programs stored in these media players, so that you could enjoy the ideal home theater.
