This kind of spray dryer has the following advantages: short drying time and good fluidization.
The principle of this kind of spraying drying atomizer is that liquid materials are thrown out and atomized by centrifugal force from the edge of the dish that is rotating at high speed (linear speed at 90 to 160m/s). The whole system adopts such a style to dry, that is, hot air medium open circulation plus materials flowing concurrently.
Features:
1. Short drying time due to large surface area of droplet groups.
2. Power has small granule (80 to 200 meshes) and good flow ability.
3. Large flexibility of operation.
4. Heat utilization rate is higher than that of other spraying when air temperature is over 150°C.
5. No high requirement for factory buildings.
