Construction features: Cylinder valve is composed of valve body, valve cap, valve stem, plunger valve, pore
frame, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts. When rotating the hang wheel,the valve stem will drive the plunger move in seesaw and reciprocation in thecenter of pore frame, so that the valve accomplish the function of open and close.
By the interference fit of plunger and seal ring and adjusting the flange bolt In
the gland, the side force from compressing seal ring will be sealed with the mid
hole face of valve body and outer of plunger. So it ensures the sealing qualityof valve, and avoid of leakage. At the same time, because of low opening torque,
it can open and close quickly.Because of using new type innocuous sealing material which is with strong elasticity
and abrasion resistance, the seal ring can stand high temperature and high pressure
for long term and will not lose elasticity. So the seal ring can be usedfor a long time.
