JLX-series gearbox adopts bevel-planetary gearing
JLP-series gearbox adopts bevel-parallel shaft-planetary gearing
Nominal transmission power and output speed range for each type are listed in the
technical parameter table
JLX-series reducer was approved as standard product for construction material industry by the Technical Standardization Commission, with standard number JC/T878.4-2001.
Features:
1) The main motor is arranged perpendicularly to the mill for each type of JLX-JLP
series gearbox. Bevel gear wheel, cylindrical gear planetary gear and sun gear
are all case-hardened and ground.
2) With computer-aid design, parts are standardization, seriation, normalization
and modularization
3) Cylinder-form casing and axial thrust bearing can bear large pressure from mill,
safe and reliable
4) This series gearbox have small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low noise,
less vibration, smooth running and long service life etc. The main technical
index has come up to advanced world level of the same kind products
