Dhb production line for medicine packing is a sort of intelligent electrically mechanical product developed on the basis of digestion and absorption of the advanced experiences of producing the same type of machines home and abroad and the experience of working on the same products .It mainly consists of model dph130 blister packing machines  hj100vautomatic carton-packing machines, model bz400 wrapping machines, mid-connection frames, the production line is mainly for tablets, capsules, pills, suppository and odd-shaped bottles packing. The line can perform a series of task as aluminium-plastic packing, putting boards into cartons, ready cartons packing. The whole system has separate plc-controlled parts and the communication between each part makes the whole operation. The whole medicine packing process is automatically detected including clearing function without unnecessary man s interference, thus these assure that the process in kept in accordance with GMP.
