Computer controller is widely used in all the production processes, and the dyed products own many merits, such as good in color fastness, uniform in yarn colors, high in moisture absorption, and soft in hand feel.

Fabric weaving

Owning the most advanced rapier looms, Sulzer G6200 and G6300, which were made in Switzerland, along with the Staubli electronic jacquard head from Germany, we could well adapt to the production needs of all kinds of jacquard and satin towels.

Printing

Several printing production lines are introduced from abroad. We could print all kinds of towels, blankets, and other fabrics. The color could reach up to 12, and the largest pattern is up to 250x200cm. The production lines are highly automated, automatically correcting and color. The patterns we dyed are clear, precise, bright, vivid and soft.

Sewing

As the matching process facilities, our factory owns various kinds of towel sewing machines, inspection devices. And the annual capacity is over 200 million dozens.

Sectional warping

The superior performance of Karl-Meyer sectional warping machine, which was imported from European, is the key point to guarantee the quality during weaving preparation.

After finishing

High degree of specificity of the stenter, imported fluffy dryer and other equipment are stable guarantees of improving the quality and the effect in the process of after finishing.

Embroidering

We have high-performance "Tajima" brand embroidery machines from Japan. They could not only meet any demands of the embroidery, but also the embroidered pattern will be vivid, with clear layer and strong sense of three-dimensional. It makes our towel products even better.
