Page/Multi-party communication system is simple to use with push-to-talk/ release-to-listen (PTT/RTL) operation, and can make page announcements and conduct party-line
conversations. It allows for location of individuals anywhere within the facility by accessing the page function. Two-way conversation can then occur by using the party line feature.
The outdoor station consists of a die casting aluminum enclosure, which houses the
electronics and handset, which also functions as the microphone, and will withstand
the harsh effects of the environment, the auxiliary headset (desk microphone
and footswitch) may also be provided, which allows the user to make page announcement and conduct party-line conversations. When an auxiliary headset (optional) is equipped, a party-line connection is automatically established (the same
as lifting the handset).
Volume feature adjusts station speaker volume according to background noise, which
ensures that even in the presence of high ambient noise levels, employees will
hear important emergency announcements.
