c) Quinoline insoluble: 6% - 12%
d) Toluene insoluble: 26% min.

f) Coking value: 50% min.
g) Moisture: 3% max.

3) High temperature modifies coal tar pitch:
a) Softening point: 105 - 115°C
b) Ash: 0.3% max.
c) Quinoline insoluble: 8% - 12%
d) Toluene insoluble: 28% min.
e) Beta resin: 20% min.
f) Coking value: 54% min.
g) Moisture: 3% max.
