4.1  production process inspection

4.1.1 Every worker should produce the goods according to the operation documents , and inspect the goods by themselves and each other , in order to make sure the quality.

4.1.2  Where by the devices, equipment, molds processed products shall be determined by the "first sample" system, the examiner should fill the  first sample inspection report after finished inspection. The first article inspection usually carry out by workshop inspector or assistant of the workshop director to finish it!

4.1.3Workshop inspectors inspect the goods during mass production, inspect the special process once every two hours, commcom process every 4-6 hours for a patrol. Inspection results were recorded in the inspection record sheet

4.1.4 Functional testing should be carried out by workshop inspector after goods finished, according to the different products  were recorded in the pressure tesing record output volume testing record time for inflating car tires record voltage and current testing record
