Specifications

The ZGSBH15 (16) series transformers are in accordance with the national standard JB/T10217-2000 Padmounted Transformer, JB/T10318–2002 Technical Parameters and Requirements of Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformer, and the enterprise standard Q/321284JCA39-2003 Padmounted Transformer.

The ZGSBH15 (16) series transformers are made of amorphous alloy core. The no-load loss of products is greatly reduced. It is only 20~25% percent of the ZGS9 series. Therefore, products are suitable for areas without sufficient electrical energy and with great fluctuation of electric loading. The products are energy-saving.

Structural features

The core is made of amorphous alloy. The no-load loss of products is greatly reduced. It is only 20~25% of the ZGS9 series.
The transformer chamber, high-voltage chamber, and low-voltage chamber are in optimized combination. They are pre-formed in the factory. Therefore, the structure of the product is simplified. The size is about 1/3 of that in China with the same capacity. The transformer is suitable for residence communities, commercial entertainment center, and street lamps in cities. It will be useful for saving the land resource.
Products totally sealed and insulated without any exposed electrified component and are safe and reliable.
Cases are of corrosion protection design. Special spray painting treatment is used. Products are suitable for using under severe environment.
