Extrusion system: The extrusion mechanism is driven by a 90kw motor. The jacket and the screw are made of especial hardened and tempered steel. The kind and quality of the steel treatment are special to provide more useful life to the parts
Twin-screw: Screw with 38CrMoAL excellent material and being Nitriding treatment Made in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province China. There are two coupling stick between extruder barrel and gear box, which is protect by the housing coupling stick.
Cutting system: The cutting system is driven by a 2kw motor, varying from 0 to 1400 rpm, made of stainless steel. It is composed of a double bearing which makes easy the pressure regulation of the knives on the die.
Heating system: The indicia heating of the extrusion set is produced by means of a device with electrical resistance coils coupled to the outlet of the extrusion barrel. When the process begins, the friction between raw material and the walls of the equipment produces enough heat for the extrusion without need of additional heating. The refrigeration of the extrusion barrel is hydraulic. Dimension for the band heater is 198× 110mm. Power is 3.0kw /one band heater. There are eight band heaters in all. Band heater is made by stainless steell.
