Working principal

     Press the button after bottles entering into the drying oven, then the machine will control the whole process conforming to rated program. Press the button after the process is finished, open and door and take away to substances, then the whole process is finished.

     Man-machine interface is in the form of touching type LCD with PLC controlling core, PID regulating function is equipped to precisely control the temperature.

     Temperature is controlled by silicon controlled voltage regulating module which has no contact, low impulsion on electric net and lower thermal inertia.

     Intake fan motor adopts stepless speed regulation of imported transducer
