DPP-140D/E Blister Packaging Machine is specially designed for pharmaceutical factories which meets GMP & CE standard. This packing machine is characterized by novel outline, convenient operation,complete function, adjustable travel, simplicity of changing moulds and plates, wear well. Its high quality is welcomed by users.

The main functions are:

1. Package: pharmaceuticals (capsules, tablets, pills, injection and etc.); food (chewing gum, coffee, candy, chocolate and etc.); cosmetics (perfume, lipstick); other similar products (battery, electron, toothbrush, toys, knife, glue water, hardware, liquid, health products) and so on.

2. Production flow

PVC --- preheating --- pocket forming --- double feeding --- hot sealing --- code embossing --- (perforating) ---die cutting --- waste collecting.

ALU foil cold extrusion --- pocket forming --- double feeding --- hot sealing --- code embossing --- (perforating) --- die cutting --- waste collecting.

3. All functions of this packager are automatically completed continuously.

4. It can be designed to do super depth blister packaging (e.g. big candied pills) according to user's requirements.

5. It can print batch no. and expiry date on blister plates.
