Our die cast machine sizes range from 100T – 2000Ton. Our casting weights range from 0.065 lb to 30 lbs. Our product range varies from small ladder brackets to large transmission cases and engine blocks.

Our facility is fully equipped with 3- and 4-axis CNC machining equipment as well as manual machines to meet the general machining demands of various industries, including rail, truck, construction, pump, energy, mining, and prototype automotive. Baco Engineering specializes in machining custom components from castings as well as flat sheet or bar stock. Through machining, we add value to cast parts by facing, turning diameters, adding slots, pockets, holes, and complex surface contours. Aluminum and zinc castings, alloy steels, aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel are common materials that we machine. Special materials processed include plastic, nylon, and fiberglass reinforced plastic.

By utilizing our one-stop casting and custom machining services, OEMs and other industrial customers can reduce their overall product development cost significantly. Our machining capabilities include turning, milling, drilling, broaching, and grinding. Our CMM systems enable us to verify part dimensions to your custom specifications.
