USAGE
This machine is Double layers PE plastic film blowing machine for blowing two layers or one layer PE(HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) film; etc.
Two layers PE plastic film has excellent barrier property, this kind film is lot using for packing liquid food, like soft drink, milk, pure water. Etc., and widely used for making bags, like express bags(Such as DHL bags), protecting bags, light-tight bags. etc.
CHARACTERISTIC
1. Frequency inverters to control the main motor and traction motor, speed adjustable, energy saving.
2. Brand new high quality motors.
3. Gear box adopts China national standard hard teeth gear box, involutes cylinder bevel wheel, cast alloy steel piston, fine grinding hard gear surface.
4. Screw material 38CrMoAlA, adopts double times nitrogen treatment, HV≥740, nitrogen depth 0.7mm.
5. Barrel material 38CrMoAlA, adopts nitrogen treatment, HV≥900.
6. Heating loops adopts stainless steel and cast aluminum heatling loops, with turbo fan cooling.
7. Die head hard chrome-plated #45 mold steel making. Mirror surface channel. With independent temperature controller in die head.
8. Air ring all aluminum alloy made.
9. Machine framework adopts thick square steels, high stability.
10. Traction rollers with one embossing roller for dots standardly
11. Rewinder station steel boards adopt whole plate boards, able to hold heavy film roller.
12. Temperature controllers all double digital display intelligent automatic controllers.
