USAGE
This kind flexo printing machine is using Aniline plate as design media, and ceramic anilox to spread ink to print in materials.
The printing precision is high, this machine is normally used for printing adhesive paper labels, etc.
Characteristic
Adopt CERAMIC anilox rollers to spread ink.
Unwinder and rewinder rolls are controlled by magnetic particle tension controllers. (or by automatic tension controller of Japan mitsubishi).
Printing stations adopt 360º rotating for printing designs register.
Each printing station Ink drying adopts infrared Dryer
When out of printing, the rubber roll of printing station can separated, and running slowly, to avoid the ink to be dry
Machine driving motor adopts frequency inverter to adjust printing speed.
The process of controllers, unwinder, printing, varnishing, drying, laminating and rewinder can be done in one machine, it is high integration density, and easy to operate.
