Economic Analysis

(1) The cost of production (raw materials to waste tires as an example, equipment to JZA-008 as an example)

   a. 8 tons used tire (a rate of 45 percent oil) 

     8 t × 1,100 Yuan / ton = 8,800 Yuan 

   b. 500 kilograms of coal 350 Yuan 

   c. hydropower 200 Yuan 

   d. catalysts, chemicals, 60 Yuan 

   e. 200 Yuan for workers' wage / Day 

   f. tax (Note) environmental protection projects duty-free 

   g. other 50 Yuan 

   h. Total: 9660.00 Yuan

(2) calculated on the outputs (JZA-008-type equipment, 3.6 tons of refined oil production, need eight tons of waste tires)

   a. 3.6 tons × 4500.00 Yuan / ton = 16,200 Yuan 

   b. wire: 8 tons × 15% × 3000 Yuan / ton = 3,600 Yuan 

   c. carbon black: 8 tons × 30% × 400 Yuan / ton = 960 Yuan 

 Profits / day: 16,200 Yuan +3,600 Yuan +960 Yuan- 9660 Yuan=11,100yuan      

 Profits / month (by 25 days): 11,100 Yuan × 25 days = 277,500 Yuan

 Profits / year (by 10 months): 277,500yuan × 10 months=2.775 million

(After 30 working days equipment is completed and put into production).

Conclusion

conclusions based on the above analysis shows that: use waste tyre/plastic to refining oil "recycling Po, the country",

 technically advanced feasible, less investment, raw materials, effective fast and good prospects. Is the best choice for 

investment in enterprises.
