USAGE
This machine is PE film blowing machine for blowing 2 meter width LDPE plastic film.
The PE film made by this machine can be used as packing film, agricultural film, etc.
CHARACTERISTIC
1. Main motor and traction motor adopt frequency inverters as speed controllers.
2. Material of screw and barrel: high quality 38CrMoAlA after nitrogen treatment, supplied from Zhoushan city
3. Gear box: hard teeth gear surface gear box, with coolant, supplied from Shuguang® Hangzhou city.
4. Die material: steel #45 material, hard chrome-plating.
5. Double digital display temperature controllers in the die head.
6. Rotary die head with 360°rotating, for making more average film surface rolls.
7. Traction rollers open and close by double air cylinders, easy for film traction.
8. Double layers machine frame with 8.2 meters height, for fast film cooling
