Anti-Rust Pigment/Paint
1. Main Property : 

1. Anti-rust performance of the product is superior to red lead,zinc,chrome yellow,aluminum tripolyphosphate,zinc phosphate,zinc oxide.

2. Anti-rustpaint,high temperature,acid,alkali resistance, moisture resistance and water resistance. 

3. Dispersed and suspended in the aqueous and non-aqueous,powdercoating and good storage stability.

2. Function : 

The product is a high purity of phytic acid and other organic acids with the metal surface of double chelation passivation mechanism by the plant extracts, two more than the antirust groups to each other the best compatibility withpainted metal surfacecontinuous chelation to generate a dense passivating protective film, anti-rust performance is very excellent.

3. Usage :

1. Widely used in all metal anti-corrosion primer and the underside of one anti-corrosive paint.
2. Applicable to the resin : Applicable to all types of water-based, solvent-based material produced anti-corrosion paint.

4. Usage and Dosage :

According to the specific applications and requirements,is generally recommended dosage is 15 to 18 percent,using the method with thetraditional methods ( the product directly with the paint,material,solvent or aqueousblend by mixing,sanding ).

Notes : After using this product, do not add any rust paint. Preparation of water-based anti-corrosion coatings, they do not add anti-flash rust agents,such as sodium nitrite.

5. Package :  25Kgs cardboard drum with the lining of polyethylene bag.
