Hair

1). Hair type: we only use 100% human hair. Hair is very soft and Cutile is protected !
     We can offer Indian remy hair, Chinese virgin hair, Brazilian virgin hair, Malaysian virgin hai , Peruvian virgin hair, Mongolian virgin hair, and European virgin hair etc . 

2). Hair length: 8"-28" for stock wigs, 6"- 40" for custom wigs  

      Our real length is always longer

3). Hair color: normal color and light color; hight color; mixed color; two tone color

4). Hair texture: we can change stock straight hair to any texture in 1-2 days, we also can duplicate the pic texture.

5). Hair density: stock hair: 120%, 130% & 150%  
    We can add the med denstiy to 130%-180% in 3-5 days.

Cap
1). Cap construction: full lace with stretch ear to ear, full lace with stretch in the middle, lace front--machine weft in the back, silk top full lace cap,thin skin around perimeter etc. we can make the cap as clients's pics.

2). Lace material: Swiss lace,French lace,Korean lace etc

3). Lace color: light brown,medium brown, dark brown, transparent

4). Cap size: small : 21.5”, medium: 22.5”, large: 23.5” & customed size

5). Baby hair and hairline : around the perimeter or without

6). Knots: bleached single knots at hairline & double knots everywhere

Payment and shipping
1). Payments:  western union, money gram, paypal, Aliexpress,T/T

2). Shippments: DHL and UPS. 2 or 3 working days for stock order.

Return and Refund

1). Time: You can exchange or return the hair in 7 days after you receive the package.

2). Request:  before you return back, must be ensure the hair in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered or used in any way, then we can not do an exchange!

3). Money refund time: Upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction, we will refund your money. (Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.)
