Based on PI-H, the surface is special corona treated by high voltage for super strong adhesion peel strength in some applications, it is a good replacement to Kapton.

YBType PI-V is the same tough polyimide film as Type PI-H Film, exhibiting an excellent balance of physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range, with superior dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. This grade is available in thickness(microns) of 25 μm (1 mil), 40μm(1.6mil), 50 μm (2 mil), 75 μm (3 mil), 100 μm(4mil)and 125 μm (5 mil),150μm(6mil),175μm(7mil) films.

The tape roll and disc should be rolled up on a pipe core whose internal diameter is about 76mm, and then the tape roll and disc should be packed into a plastic bag with good sealing, and then be transported into a wooden box with damp-proof paper or into a dry and clean carton.

The roll over 300mm will be clamped with pads at both ends and packed in a dry and clean impact-resistant carton.

The roll less than 300mm will be sealed in a paper box, and then placed in a dry and clean carton.The product acceptance certificate should be accompanied with each package. In addition, each package should be specified with product description, size, lot number.net weight, date of production, name of the manufacturer.
