Specifications

This series' power tong is used for quick make-up/break-out in well service operations.

The tong is equipped with hydraulic backup tong and use inner curved cam to clamp. The tongs have the following features:

1 Clamp the tubing through corresponding dies, jaw set or die seat.

2 Torque control valve may be equipped according to customer's request.

3 Choose and buy lengthening guide pole assembly for the backup tong to clamp the tubing body.

4 Torque Control System may be equipped according to customer's request.

Remark:

1. To clamp the 2/8″tubing, special dies must be ordered for Model XQ89/3YB/3YC;

2. Advantage of Model XQ89/3YE: Only low speed (28 rpm) and no high speed. Dies of backup tong can clamp the underside of tubing coupling, so as to reduce distortion of tubing coupling to prevent conglutination of thread.
