Richpeace Design Pro Series (RDP 2000), is a smart, intellectual software application for embroidery industry design and manufacture, centers the creation, modeling design, punching, and simulation together, which combines the traditional digitizing technology, edition method and advanced graph processing technology, and which strengthened the ability of software creation, edition, processing and managing designs. RDP2000 supports Schiffli design, with various stitch types and input methods; able to produce various format files for Schiffli design disk reader and punch card. It includes all of the machine function codes, such as loose/thick/thin thread, fast/low speed, borer on/off, borer on/off, borer+/-, (big/small) sequins, needle patterns, trim and so on. The system is equipped with auto-correct function to keep the designs and tape files perfect. In outputting the designs and tape files, the system can automatically optimize the best effect. In keeping the high quality of embroidery design, it can adjust speed automatically before or after placing sequins; and change the rotate speed automatically in accordance to the change in stitch step, etc.

Auto-sequin Design System

Based on the regular manual sequin pinching method Richpeace Design Pro 2000 has increased the auto sequin input function, which directly improves the efficiency of punching, editing sequin tapes and designs, and maintains precision of sequin tapes and designs, as well the uniformity of types of sequin stitches.

Manual sequin punching method: can complete and create any kinds of sequin stitches.

Auto sequin punching method: Performs all kinds of sequin effects to the best, and makes the sequin punching with high effeciency, plus precision and accuracy. The designs made by auto sequin punching method are extremely easy to edit, revise and good for re-use.

Lettering

Richpeace Design Pro 2000 enables its user to freely create letters. You and edit can input letters on screen directly or edit letters in the dialog box of Edit Font. The user can even create different lettering styles, and use different stitches to fill the letters.

Richpeace Design Pro 2000 could make you load the standard fonts or create user’s own defined font library. Adopting the font library provided with the program, you can rename the library or the letters in it, modify the letter spacing of a letter or other parameters. You can modify or shape a letter with Pick Tool or Shape Tool and save it to the library. The original letter will be replaced with the modified one if they bear the same name.

Motif Run and Motif Fill

Motifs are usually small and simple objects, or symbols that are used repeatedly in several designs. These motifs are stored on the Motif Clipboard, you can transfer them at any time. You can also create your own motifs.

You can repeat motifs regularly along a digitized line (Motif Run), and you can also fill close shapes with motifs (Motif Fill). Motifs are originary patterns, except that they have two reference points that allow you to position, scale, rotate them accurately.

Drawing System

Our powerful drawing system equipped with 5 types of curves, also with a round, oval, rounded rectangle, equidistance line, special graphics, lettering and other vector picture tools; supports design creation, read/ input/ output various kinds of vector picture file formats, such as DXF, WMF, EMF, PLT and other editing functions of curve node edition, equal-divide, picture object mirror, move, rotate, shape, convert, copy and so on, that enables punching and drawing to work simultaneously for better efficiency.
