CET Quality Control Center Introduction

China Eternal (CET) set up a Quality Control Center in 2002 to create a solid foundation for the company's product to be sold into a global market. CET's accelerated growth over the past few years has allowed its product line to expand along with the continued improvement of the Quality Control Center. CET has invested heavily on purchasing new testing equipment and upgrading existing test instruments. Currently our Testing Center has around 400 testing machines, and it enables our products to always meet the current requirement from the worldwide market.

In 2010, CET has built an Environmental Testing Chamber. This chamber is currently used to test the environment-sensitivity of our products under extreme environmental conditions, especially on our new compatible Fuser Assemblies and Drum Units. This new testing facility has substantially helped us to make corrective measurements to improve the overall performance of our products and accomplish a near OEM standard.

During the process of designing and developing new products, CET Quality Control Center also plays an important role to monitor and evaluate the performance of the new products. Our Quality Control Center implements a series of procedures to strictly test out the overall quality and compatibility of each individual new product under different circumstances. CET will not launch our new developed products into the market until receiving the final confirmation and approval from our Quality Control Center.

CET's Quality Control Center also makes its best effort to take care of the products complaints from different markets and customers. Our technicians will make a comprehensive and complete analysis and inspection on the defective products in each-possible failure environment, and check out the failure reasons and have the problems resolved efficiently.
