TEG dehydration is done by solvent absorption. TEG dehydration principle: TEG solvent absorbs the water in natural gas or synthesis gas at ambient pressure and temperature and releases the water under reduced pressure and temperature, and the TEG can be reused.
The gas TEG dehydration skid design and manufactured by our company has advantages of advanced process, compact design, high automation, able to be computerized controlled and print report forms, with low cost and energy consumption. With the gas stripping process, the concentration of lean TEG can reach above 99.9% and the dry gas dew point is lowered.
The main equipments include TEG absorption tower, rich TEG flash drum, TEG storage tank, TEG regeneration tower, regeneration tower heat exchanger, reboiler, lean TEG heat exchanger, gas stripping tower, TEG circulation pump, filter, etc.
