The vent flare system is one important safety facilities for gas transmission, used for emergency event vent and overhaul vent of gas transmission station. The vented gas is burned in the air to avoid the gas from the equipments and pipelines of the gas transmission station directly emitting into atmosphere and causing pollution and fire disaster.

Structure of Flare

The vent flare includes pilot, thermocouple, head, lighter, molecular sealer, fuel gas skid and control cabinet.

Advantages

The flare can keep stable combustion at 0~100% load, with no temper and flameout. Under any condition, no flue will produced during burning, Ringelmann concentration is level 1 and NOX emission concentration is less than 420mg/m3.

The flare head has high burning efficiency and produces noises less than 95 dB (1m within the flare bottom); The air burn-off rate is larger than 99% and the combustion product meets the national environmental protection standards.

With multiple sets of high altitude ignition system and external ignition system or internal ignition system, so the flare system can be successfully ignited with ignition rate of 100%.
