It is mainly used for production, pressurization and transmission of gas from low pressure gas well and associated gas from oil field and also as recovery devices for combustible gas and flare gas of oil field, refinery, gas chemical plant to save energy and reduce air pollution and as multi-phase flow pump to direct transmit crude oil, water, associated gas to metering station or crude oil processing plant.
It also can be used low pressure gas production screw compressor unit, air extractor compressor unit, liquefied gas screw compressor unit and propylene gas screw compressor unit.
2. Main technique features
(1) With the variable internal pressure ratio, the inlet pressure can be changed between wide range (0~1.0Mpa(G)) and the outlet pressure keep stable (inlet pressure is no less than 0.25MPa, the max. exhaust gas pressure of 2.5Mpa(G)). In addition, with the temperature is controlled by cooling the liquid inside, so the high compression ratio can be achieved and big fluctuation allowed (up to 6:1).
(2) The non-contact seal is used for cylinder, so the equipment is particularly applicable for associated gas with enriched hydrocarbon and saturated water and no separator is needed at the inlet of compressor inlet.
(3)It is a rotary volumetric compressor, which is better than reciprocating compressor unit in vibration and noise.
(4) The double mechanical seal is used for two shaft ends of compressor unit to separate combustible gas from air and lube oil, coolant (diesel oil and water) from lube oil. Under any condition, it can be ensured that the air will not come in and combustible gas will not go out even when the unit fails to ensure a safety operation.
(5) The compressor unit can recover the flare gas to the greatest extent and keep the balance of output pressure of the recovery system. During compression, the heavy hydrocarbon is condensed and the light weight oil is formed, which is mixed together with the coolant and separated by separator and recovered. So, the problem of heavy hydrocarbon condensation occurring during flare gas recovery of refinery is solved.
(6) It is used for booster unit (also called multiphase pump) of oil and gas well includes heavy hydrocarbon, oil, water and sand. It has sand slot, so the unit can work properly (allowable max. sand content 300g/m3) even the process gas sucked has impurities. At this moment the unit can pump and suck, the gas (or the associated gas of oil) can be recovered and the back pressure in the well is reduced to improved the oil and gas well output.
