MANUFACTURING AND TESTING

3) The picture is for your reference, and we reserve the right to modify the goods during manufacturing.

4) Minor nicks and scratches are inevitable during shipping. We recommend customers use touch-up paint for repair.

5) SOKOYO’s warranty does not cover damage caused during and after installation. Therefore, we ask customers to inspect the product components and report any damage they notice. Once the product has been installed, Sokoyo will NOT be responsible for any newly discovered damage.  Furthermore, customer shall be responsible for any cost caused by incorrect installation of the lights, including time and travel cost of technicians to the customer's installation site. If a product is damaged, the customer must obtain SOKOYO's permission before conducting repairs.  Failure to do so will void the product warranty.

Advanced Technology

Ÿ   Design. In 2009, SOKOYO established its own laboratory to research and develop solar and wind lighting products. We have our own patent design on light fixtures like INNOVATION, OJET, TANK.

Ÿ   V-Detector Technology (VDT). The VDT makes our solar lighting system will have TWO times of rainy day backup than the other systems with the same configuration.

Ÿ   Combined controller. SOKOYO is the earliest manufacturer in China who combines the LED driver and the solar controller as one to save maintenance cost for customers.

WARRANTY

SOKOYO guarantees the purchaser for the period of two (2) years that SOKOYO’s new lighting systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. SOKOYO will, at its option, repair or replace any SOKOYO’s system that is defective for a minimum of two (2) years after the date of purchase.

INSTALLATION

SOKOYO offers detailed instructions and videos for installation. Besides, SOKOYO can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects more than 100 poles because we has developed her experienced technical team.

SPARE PARTS POLY

SOKOYO provides 0.5% to 1% of spare parts for free based on the transaction amount.

AFTER SALES

1. SOKOYO will offer technical guidance and repair service for the whole life time of her products.
2. SOKOYO promises to respond with customer’s questions within 24 working-hours.

MAINTENANCE

SOKOYO’s solar street lights are designed to be essentially maintenance free. In certain regions with heavy dust, snow, or extreme dry weather with little rain, however, some level of maintenance is required to ensure the proper function of the lights.

Typical maintenance schedule:

Ÿ   Every Week: Inspect street lights to ensure all the lights are working. If there are lights which are not lit, perform analysis to understand cause and conduct repairs.

Ÿ   Every Two Months: Inspect street light panels and clean ones which are covered with dust or sand. The best way to clean the panels is with a brush at the end of a long pole. Cares should be taken to avoid damaging the solar panels.

Ÿ   Every Five to Seven Years: Replace the solar street light batteries if the voltages drop below normal levels. The battery has an expected life of five-seven years.
