Material Picking:

The process is much important for the whole production. As our material is raw new LLDPE material. We never used any recycled mateial. To do this is to ensure the quality. We have our own material suppliers for long term cooperation. All of these methods to confirm the quality and reduce cost . So our films are both in high quality and low in price                                                                                      

Machines Show :

We have 5 stretch film machines to manufacture . 3 machines are imported from Germany. We can produce 3 layers and 5 layers films for customers' choice . Our monthly output is around 600tons-800tons.

Stretch film manufacturing :

Our films are cast films . So our method is casting .During the process,we must control the temperature . The melt temperature must control within : 250C-280C. Temperature for cooling roller have to be within 20C-30C. Besides we have to take Viscosity into account . We can make different viscosities for each client.

Stretch films :

We can produce 3 layers and 5 layers stretch films .The thickness is from 17um-30um. Standard width : 500mm,450mm. Of course , customized size we can also produce . The max roll weight is 50kg . Available color are Clear and Black.

Usage :

LLDPE stretch film is widely used in the area of transportation. Especially for pallet load . High stability, prevent from collapse in the course of transport . Against moisture ,dust . Reduce your cost .
