Q. How Much Hair Do I Need?

A : If you are getting a full weave the average person needs about 3 packs of hair, although it is advised to go for 3 packs. You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" long you might need another pack. If you are getting tracks one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18" hair length. If you are getting the hair bonded one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18" hair length. If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.

Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?

A: You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don`t need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q. What type of hair care products should I use?

A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Q. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, if the hair is Indian Remy Hair or non Remy Hair it is not 100% virgin human hair. So the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as 100% virgin hair.

Q. How long does it last?

A : This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Many hair extensionist prefer Brazilian or Indian hair because it is beautiful and unprocessed which makes it last longer than any other kind of hair.

Q: Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?

A: Different monitor have different display.And every time,maybe the same color No. will have a little color differentia.Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors`code as the international color swatch says.

Q: Can they be straightened, curled ?

A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/ straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q: Can I dye /color the hair?

A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker , not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficulty to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair.

We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.

How to care your hair:

Important Note:

Brush hair end first, then the middle, and the top at last. Do not brush directly from the top and pull hard, it will break the hair. Regular care will keep thehair in good condition and avoid tangle problem. Imporoper dyeing or other chemical process will damage the hair and caused tangle and shedding problem.

How to Care Your Hair:

Improper wash or process probably make the hair dry, easy to fall down or tangle. How you care for your extension will be the ultimate determining factor. Please refer to local professional hairdresser for professional tip. The hair can last  at least several month in proper way.

1)  wash it by the most mild shampoo or one specially formulated for chemically treated hair, and clean in warm water as well. Please use the shampoo recommended by local professional hairdresser.

2)  comb the wet hair gently by a large toothed comb and drying naturally is best.

3)  please straighten hair if hair extension is straight when it is wet ; please gel hair if it is wavy. 

4)  don`t blow hair root too nearly by dryer; don`t grasp hair root when washing.

5)  don`t cover hair extension under the sun in a long time.

6)  don`t swim wearing hair extension.
