A: Yes

Q:Why should I use virgin hair extension? 

A:Because all human hair has a cuticle layer, which keeps the hair shiny and polished. This layer will be damaged during processions. Processed hair become turned in the opposite direction they will catch with each another, lock up and cause the hair to mat. Therefore unprocessed virgin hair will be tangle free and low shedding, which have higher quality and can last over long time, no chemical smell as well. 

Q: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

    Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q: Could the hair be dyed and iron-flat?

A: It is virgin hair, so could be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat plz don’t exceed 150C, or the hair will be destroyed.    Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.

Q:Some client said the hair is shedding when get it . but after one time wash or pull the hair several times, shedding stop.  

A:This is normal. because weft is making, some untied hair mixed it .only wash or pull  can let them go.  so, after you get hair , pls pull or wash them firstly, then give you feedback.

Q:Some time, after the hair is washed ,the hair will become dark . is it dyed?

 A:No , we donnot dye the hair.  but we use black hair oil to care hair , this oil will protect hair in delivery . when you wash them, these oil will make water look black, but after one time wash, the hair will be OK.

Q:Why does it appear that hair is falling out when extensions are removed? 

A:Your hair sheds on a daily basis as part its natural process. Just because you have extensions in does not mean that this process stops. 

Q: How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer.
