unique aroma.
Our oil is outstanding for its goldy green colour
and its particular flavour, which it owes to the
unique blend of olive varieties of which it is
comprised. These varieties are 'hojiblanca,
manzanilla and picuda'.
Each one of these varieties brings distinct
qualities which combine to bring to OILS FROM
ARDALES its characteristic light fruitiness from
mature olives with green touches. The palate
appreciates a sweet entry, with an almost
imperceptible bitterness and a light piquancy
Recomemended uses
In all kinds of salad and vegetable dressings;
drizzled on grill fish or meat, or simply on bread
or toast.
