1.Can i have some samples for testing quality?

Yes,you can buy samples of any our products for testing quality and market.

2.What's delivery time if we place an order?

It is depend on order quantities.Usually,we can deliver goods within 3days for small order,within 7days under in 1000pcs.For more qty order,let's confirm when you place order.

3.Could you help us print logo on products?

Yes,we can print your logo on products.Logo must be 1-2color.There are 3 methods,Color printing(expensive), Laser printing and Silk printing.

4.What is the shipping methods?

For samples or small order,we usually use DHL Express way.For Large Qty,by Sea.All can be done as clients' requested.We will inform you Tracking Number after goods be sent.

5.What payment methods you accept?

We can accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and Escrow.For samples order or small amount order,we prefer payment by paypal or western union.it is fast and safe,so that we can send goods right away as your money arrived our account.

Refund and Return

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received.
If this item is in your possession more than 7 days.It is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.

2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, Specific reason for the return.

3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer
