Q1. How Much Hair Do I Need?

A : For average head size, here is my suggestion:

12"-14": 2 bundles

16"-22": 3 bundles

24"-28": 4 bundles or more

And if use with a top closure, will look much perfect

Q2,Why shed about 1-2 strands when I initially ran my hands through the bundle?

A,It is the floating hair that are not brushed cleanly ,it will not shed anymore after brushed , it is not the quality problem, if the hair is shedding from the weft, then the hair will shed endlessly. there is another case is that some hair will broken since it is very soft and thin,also, pls being understanding this point. 

Q3. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair every 3-4days,Using a soft brush or wide tooth brush, start at the bottom and work your way up slowly. You   could go to your stylist for further suggestions

Q4.Can they be straightened, curled ?

A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair.However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q5: Can I dye/color the hair?

A. Yes. The hair can be colored.As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original colour to fade.But our 6A quality hair can 100% dye to light color

Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the virgin hair .   Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon,  please always use a good quality products and test a small sample first.

Q6.why the wavy get down after sometime ?

A. because it is virgin cuticle remy hair without any chemical treatment, all the curl and wave is made  for steam processing, so it result in the shape will not be kept as long as the chemical treatment one,  but this virgin cuticle remy hair can be used for very very long time and health since all the cuticle on  the hair in the same direction, while the chemical treatment hair can not be used as long as virgin  cuticle remy hair, but it can keep the shape longer and might hurt your health

Q7.Why the virgin hair will be in different Color?

A. Because the virgin hair are just cut from the donors, different people the hair come out in different  colors, some will be darker or lighter, when the bundles come in a combination will have this problem, it is for normal phenomenon.

Q8.why the virgin hair dry and split  at the end?

A. because virgin hair is natural,no any chemical treatment, when the hair grow it become dry and  split at the end,  but it doesn't look well, and we will cut the end for you before shipping to you

Q9, How to care my hair?

A, Wash your hair every 3-4days into warm water with hair conditioner or shampoo for half an hour,To dry, absorb water with a   towel Wrap, then leave it dry by itself,Using a soft brush, start at the bottom and work your way up  slowly.

Q10. How can I extend the life of my hair?

A. Virgin cuticle remy hair is well know to last 2-3years, do not washing regularly like natural hair or permanent hair as your natural hair oils wont  penetrate the hair, and the less you wash these hair, the longer they will last. 

Do not bleach or lighten or add toner to your hair as they can be damaged, and don’t color your hair without consulting a fully qualified Hairdresser.
