Features:
| GH-6030AE+SF-6040E fits for kinds of boxed goods for double rows, four rows, and several rows without tray shrink packing. It could automatically sort, stack etc, heavily increasing the work efficiency. The package is nice and neat, compact, which could meet the demands for long distance transport. |
Application:
It is mainly used for heat shrink packaging of daily necessities such as soap, toothpaste, stationery etc and stacking packing of tobacco and other kinds shapes in distribution center. |
Configuration:
l Adopts foreign advance manufacturing technology and unique appearance. l According to your demand, you could choose line feeder or a 90 ° angle conveyor l The machine can automatically stack the production requirements of 5 layers, 4 layers, 3 layers, 2 layers or several rows and doesn’t need another mould . l Adopts Mitsubishi "PLC" Program to achieve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic all-in-one. l Use specially designed sealing blade, and sealing line is stable, no cracking, and not easy to stick knives. l Use belt conveyor, which is fast, smooth and operation. We could add color film positioning system according to your requirement. l Use imported photoelectric to ensure accurate position.
l Use imported double wind blowing motor, so that hot air in oven could be spread evenly, then the shrink packaging is more beautiful l The cycle system of hot air in the oven could save more electricity. l Adopt solid steel bar and imported silicone tube, roller conveyor is more stable. |
