Refund or exchange will be accepted upon the following situation:

1. Please contact us before return, all items must be returned or changed within 14 days.

2. Tags no attached, Worn, perfume or altered garments, we will not refunds.

3. The amount of dress will be returned but the return shipping charges should be afforded by buyer. No refund shipping charges & return shipping charges.

4. Custom measurement and color, if you find your dress have these problems, you can send it back and we will remake for you. But no refund and the shipping fee should be paid by buyer.

5. Please immediately check the dress carefully after get it. If any questions of the dress or you want returned, please contact us within 10 days after you received it.

6. Since the dress is made as your demand with the size & color you provided, if you find the size is not right, please check again, or you’d better ask a local dressmaker for a professional measurement. Certainly we will remake the dress for you, if it's our responsibility. Or we can help you to fix it, but you need pay the repair charge .Tks for your cooperation.

• Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?

A: The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 13-16 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.

• Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?

A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.

• Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
