Waste tyre pyrolysis plant  working Process:

Firstly, the raw materials are sent to the inside rector, and then seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly, burned the fuel material ( coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the combustion system. The reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reach around 300 degree celsius, it will produce oil gas. Oil gas will be processed by our technology, then gone to cooling system to cold liquid oil. The gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure, which will be send back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor, this also can save a lot of energy . After finished oil production, the temperature of reactor will be down, at the same time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly, when the temperature fall to 100 degree celsius, workers could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, and then can start to another batch working.

As the material is Q345r, 16mm, the service life more than 6 years, warranty 5 years.

Professioal enginners will be offered to install the mahines, instillation period is 7-20 days, the customers need to pay 50 usd/day for enginner.
