1. We only accept returns or exchanges gowns that have not been altered or worn. In other word, the item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

2.  For defective or incorrectly shipped items, pls do contact us within 3 days after you get the package, showing pictures if necessary. Besides, we must receive the item within 15 days after we give our return address. If not, no refund or exchange will be given.

3. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged; A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
