Plate and frame filter press
Plate and frame filter press is used for solid – liquid separation of various suspending liquid in intermittent pressure filtration. Filter plates are pressed by pressing devices and suspending liquid is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and liquid are separated through filter cloth.
It has the filter board which could be reinforced the squeezing of polypropylene, rubber, cast iron, stainless steel, the diaphragm and other material and structure.
Plate and frame filter press specification:
--Models include: 320,450,630,800,1000,1250,1500 and 2000 etc.
--Filtration area up to 2000 m2.
--Filter plate materials: cast iron, rubber, reinforced polypropylene (plastic) PP, glass fiber polypropylene etc.
--Flow form: free flow, undercurrent, washable, non-wash. feeding from middle. feeding from angel. feeding from upside and other feeding model.
--Filter plates pressing models: manual screw pressing, electric mechanic pressing and hydraulic cylinder pressing. Special filter press can be made on request
--According to customer’s request, we can produce special models to meet your need.
Plate and frame filter press working principle:
1.pressing device(cylinder piston rod or screw) dribe pressing plate forward to push all media plates together till thust plate
2.stop pressing and feed solution mixed solution mixed solid and liquid, when find liquid coming out become less, stop feeding
3.start to make pressing plate backward
4.separate each media plate and the cake down
