Hair Care:

1. Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.

2. Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.

3. If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave, pls put some hair gel for holding this wave.

4. You can perming dyeing, but pls remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

5. The combs you’d better choose the round head width row spacing.

6. Washing liquid must be the acidity.

7. Do not discover the hair on sunshine too long.

8. Do not blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.

9. Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.

A: 2 bundles could make a full head, if you would like to be thick, my suggestion is 3 bundles.

3. Q: If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
A: I will ship the goods right away after payment arrived. Arrival time plz refer to the above shipment chart. Take US for example, it takes roughly 2-3 days after payment arrive.

4. Q: Will the hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?
A: The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo. There will be slight variations in color and texture between each bundle, for they each are from a different donor.

5. Q: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. Leave the hair get dry naturally, do not use hair dryer too much. You could also use gel or hair spray to keep its wavy.

6. Q:Can the hair be dyed?
A: All of our hair products can be colored or lightened. We highly recommend a color preview test on a swatch of hair to see how your new color will look.

7. Q: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls. make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

8. Q: How long does it last?

A: How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

9. Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

10. Q: Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports with my new extensions?

A: Your new hair will look as fabulous wet as real hair does, and the extension will not show in water. You can wash and style your extensions exactly as you would your own hair (do be a little gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding though-so dry carefully after. If you swim a lot, I recommend you wear a swim cap.
