Process for custom models:

One way is:

1. To make prototype sample based on your drawings or photos of your real machinery after receiving advance payment.

2. Once prototype sample approved by customer, starting make the new moulds for you after receiving the mould deposit.

3. Bulk production will beginning after mould qualify and deposit received.

An economical way:

No need to make a prototype, now we have make many models without make a prototype. After signed the contract, and pay for the deposit, we can make the 3D drawings for you to check, after you confirmed the 3D drawings, then we starting make mould. In this way, you can save the prototype cost( this is not a small amount).then reduced your cost and make your models more cost-effective. What we should told you that, without a prototype, no impact to the final models. But you should check the 3D drawings careful, as the mould is finished, can not make big changes.
