Construction of reference conditions: 

1. Rust and oil contamination on the surface of the work piece must be removed before processing.

2. Preheating (450 ± 50 ° c) for certain time, specific heating temperature depends on the heat capacity of work piece size.

3. After testing, the work piece is immersed in fluid bed (3-8s), and (180-240° c) baked a few minutes to leveling out cooling to room temperature (water or air cooling, or natural cooling).

Storage:

a) Below 35°C

b) In dry, venting, clean indoor

c) Keep away from fire and heating

d) With coverage

e) If the stored time is more than 24 month, it must be tested before use
