7 Welding parameters

Pvc welding of plastic doors and windows are five main process parameters, five process parameters and control range are as follows:

1.     The welding margin :2-4mm / single head (typically 3mm)

2.     welding temperature: 245 °C-262 °C (heating plate surface temperature)

3.     Heating time: 25s-30s

4.     Heating welding pressure :0.3-0 .4 MPa

5.     Welding pressure holding time: 22s-30s

The 5 parameters composed of a group, each parameter can be changed.

According to a lot of practical experience, and generally fixed welding margin of 3mm, heating I welded a pressure of 0.4 MPa, welding packing time 30s.
