Had received more than 100 custom orders from our clients. Most of them are worldwide supermarket,  distributor, wholesalers. Provide your design drawing to us, we have professional engineer to check the project work or not. Before bulk production, we will send samples for you review.

Shipment

small and medium orders usually ship by express/air. Express company like DHL,UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, we have discount because we are regular customer. Big order ship by sea. All shipment detail depends on customer.

Sample Policy

Accept sample order. Custom order will send samples before production. Free sample policy, pls contact our sales.

Payment

T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, L/C, Escrow. PayPal payment usual is less than USD500 amount.

MOQ

In stock products, MOQ is 50 pcs. Out of stock products, usually 100-500 pcs. Custom order MOQ is 500-1000pcs. 

Package

Most of the products are came along the free poly bag. Nice retail packing will charge extra package fee. Welcome to produce your own design package. MOQ is 3000-5000 pcs.

QC Policy

All the products will be exam 3 times before delivery. We have at least 5 peoples to make sure the quality is good before shipment.

RMA Policy

Pls inform us within 5 days after received the defected goods. Some defected are occurred by the shipment, the rude handle, or other reason. We will try our best to solve this problem with the shipping company. If you found the cartons not seal well arrived, pls take pictures as evidence.
