Oritgosa farm, in the Navarra region of Spain, is an oil-mill with advanced, modern equipment, producing very high quality olive oil, using only olives of their lands. Only Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced.

The olive variety is 'Arbequi?a', which has special qualities from the north of Spain only.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an acidity of  0.2.

The olives are processed without using presses, a method to obtain more oil of better quality. The process includes cutting, the use of centrifugal machinery and natural decantation.

The first cold Extraction oil is produced at 25? C, the lowest to obtain oil, to ensure the best quality.

The final process to bottle is through gravity, not with the standard presses. All this assures best quality, not a big quantity of oil.

Ortigosa obtain 1 L (olive oil) for 6 Kg. of olives.
