The first integrated electronic system (in Arab Countries) used as a management tool to facilitate the operation activities conducted in the stages of pre-tendering, tendering and post-tendering process. It is a system for bill preparation, quantity surveying, estimating, and contract administration.

• Estimates per section
• Estimates for all project

- Project preparation for tendering: -

• Checking and completing all required information
• Apply encryption for the project
• Copy the required number of projects with the free (easy bid) module
• Save the list of bidders with there passwords and encryption numbers

- Offer preparation and bid submission using (easy bid) :-

• Pricing the project by filling the unit price column
• Assign the discount percentage
• Closing the offer and apply encryption  

• Receiving the offers from the contractors
• Reading all the offers electronically
• Grouping the sections if partitioning is required
• Bid Scrutiny
• Apply any needed equations to choose the winner

- Award of contract: -

• Choose the winner contractor
• Re adjustment of unit prices based on estimated cost
• Re adjustment of unit prices based on average of bidders
• Re adjustment of unit prices based on any other scale

- Management of Partial and final payments:-

• Preparing Partial payments.
