The Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil is obtained just by mechanical processes, or other physical processes that dont change the oil itself. The only processes are settling, centrifugation and filtration.
Appearance: green oily substance.
Fluid consistency at 20° C.
Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil has a typical taste and smell: its hard fruity, it has a grassy fragrance that smells of artichokes, citrus fruits and green tomato; it is just a little spicy and it has no bad taste and smell or other defects.
It keeps all the pressing features for a very long time.
